Recently when we were taking some of our jogging strollers for a test drive, we stopped in to check out the Sneak a Peak 4D Ultrasound and Boutique in Westchase, and after what we saw when we visited, we just had to pass along the details of this incredible service and store to you.

The Sneak a Peak 4D Ultrasound and Boutique combines a high-end children’s apparel shop with a non-medical ultrasound studio that allows you to “sneak a peak” at your growing baby. The ultrasound service is safe and uses the same FDA-approved equipment found in your local doctor’s office or imaging center, but is offered in a warm, inviting setting that feels more like a comfortable living space than a cold examining room.

The ultrasound studio performs 2D gender-predicting sonograms as early as 15 weeks for moms and dads that are too anxious to wait for the first medical ultrasound to know the sex of their babies. If you visit after 17 weeks into your pregnancy and the skilled sonographer is not able to determine your baby’s sex, you can even return for a complimentary second try. Like traditional sonograms, you’ll receive photographs of your baby, and as an added touch, a musical DVD of the footage.

Another popular service at the Sneak a Peak 4D Ultrasound and Boutique is its amazing 4D sonogram imaging. 4D sonograms were developed to diagnose certain medical conditions that are not detectable on traditional 3D sonograms and provide amazingly vivid images of the developing baby. Since these sonograms are reserved for at-risk pregnancies, most moms and dads never get to see their baby in vivid 4D ultrasound pictures, making the services at Sneak a Peak truly unique!

In addition to seeing the images of your baby live on the screen in the sonogram studio, you can select from four different packages that include black and white photographs, color shots, CD-ROM images and DVD footage of the ultrasound. The Sneak a Peak 4D Ultrasound and Boutique also offers an adorable plush bear, that plays your baby’s heart beat, which you can use as a keepsake, give to an older sibling or send to a family member that is too far away to experience your pregnancy firsthand.

Not only are the services, products and surroundings at Sneak a Peak 4D Ultrasound and Boutique wonderful, but the staff is also welcoming and accommodating. We’re sure you’ll love the studio and boutique as much as we do. Stop by soon to check out the boutique or give them a call to find out more!

When you think of flying with your infant or toddler, your first worry is likely how they’ll do on the plane. What troubles you is visions of sore ears and empty tummies and cramped legs and any number of other problems that can send your little one into fits and the other passengers into a frenzy of disgusted sighs.

One travel nightmare that many parents don’t think of is what they will have to do with their strollers; neglecting to find out your airline’s travel policy on them is almost a surefire way to create a hassle that you just don’t need while traveling with your young child. Oh, and don’t forget… if you’re going to check your stroller in baggage you should make sure you get a quality stroller travel bag. Preferably a bag designed for your stroller. The airlines and be brutal on strollers and you don’t want your frame marred or your fabric ripped…or worse. We have seen and hear it all.

All airlines place some stipulations on bringing strollers on as carry-on luggage and how much it costs to check them. If you don’t know the rules, you could end up having your stroller turned away or being charged a hefty fee to bring it on board.

In the latter portion of 2011, American Airlines made major changes to its rules regarding strollers, becoming the first of the biggest airlines in the country to introduce very detailed regulations about strollers based on both their weights and styles.

The new American Airlines policies, which are now fully enforced, are as follows:

- Umbrella strollers are permitted as carry-on baggage, provided they fit in the overhead storage bins. They do not count against your carry-on baggage count. You also have the option to take your umbrella stroller all the way to the gate and have it checked as a bag for no fee.

- Fully collapsible strollers that weigh less than 20 pounds are not permitted as carry-on baggage. You can check them at the ticket counter or at the gate for no fee.

- Any stroller weighing over 20 pounds, large jogging strollers and travel systems that do not collapse can only be checked at the ticket counter. Gate checking is not permitted. The baggage fee is waived, provided the child using the stroller is traveling with you.

Some industry experts believe that this change in American Airlines’ policies will spark other airlines to place stricter regulations on strollers. Before you fly, make sure you check your airline’s website for the latest regulations. For your convenience, we have included the regulations for the other largest airlines in North America, updated as of January 2012.

- United Airlines – Collapsible and umbrella strollers are not permitted as carry-on baggage. They can be checked at the gate or the ticket counter for no fee. Non-collapsible strollers are check-able only at the ticket counter. There are no weight rules beyond the FAA rules for checked baggage.

- Southwest does not permit carry-on strollers. Strollers of any size may be checked at the gate, ticket counter or curb and are not assessed a baggage fee. There are no weight rules beyond the FAA rules for checked baggage.

- Delta has the same policy as Southwest regarding strollers.

- Jet Blue allows passengers to bring any type of stroller onto the plane as a carry-on, provided it fits in the overhead bin. The stroller does not count against the carry-on allowance. The airlines will check strollers for free at the gate.

- Air Canada‘s policy is to check all strollers that are 10 inches by 36 inches in size or less when collapsed at the gate for free and then deliver them to passengers at the gate when they reach their destination. Larger strollers must be checked at the ticket counter and are counted toward your baggage allowance. A fee is assessed to check them.

You might also want to check the TSA’s site for any restrictions they may impose.

Baby’s bath time can always be a bit of an adventure, can’t it? After a long day of discovering the world around her, your little one may be fussy and anxious to get the whole thing over with. Other days, he might be fascinated by the water and excitedly squirm and wiggle, while you work to soap and rinse. When bath time’s a struggle, the last thing you want is to do is wrestle with your infant tub when it’s all finished. Enter the Puj Tub!

Completely unlike any infant bathtub you’ve ever seen, the Puj Tub is so unique, it’s practically a bath time miracle. Rather than a bulky plastic container, the tub is a comfortable piece of soft foam that lays flat when not in use. Right before bath time, you simply snap the Puj Tub together and set it down into your sink, where it holds your baby securely in place for washing. The soft foam has the added benefit of snuggling your infant throughout the entire bath, which increases feelings of security and cuts down on fussing and squirming. For you, the tub allows you to stand comfortably at the sink and decreases the back and knee pain common with stooping and bending to reach other infant tubs.

Once the bath is over, the Puj Tub unsnaps to collapse as easily as it initially fit together. The flat surface is incredibly easy to clean; you just hold it under the tap in the sink to wash away suds. The foam surface has a convenient hole that can slide onto a hook to hang in your nursery, closet or behind your bathroom door, and because it has no corners that can trap water, the Puj Tub dries completely and is more resistant to mold and mildew.

The Puj Tub is the ideal upgrade from your current plastic infant bathtub and is a unique, useful gift for baby showers and births. The tub is safe from birth until 6 months of age or 17 pounds, whichever milestone your little one reaches first. For Baby’s safety, the foam is completely free of BPA and PVC. The tub can fit in most standard sinks. It measures 16 inches to 18 inches from side to side, 12 inches to 14 inches from front to back and 6 inches to 8 inches in depth.

With all of its great features, the Puj Tub ranks highly on our must-have list for babies. We know you’ll love it, too; raising kids is enough of an adventure, after all. You really don’t need that extra bath time excitement. We would love to hear your Puj Tub reviews!

Meet Helix* Orbit Baby’s New Double Stroller

For as long as I can remember we have been hoping, wishing, praying for Orbit to add a double stroller to their collection and finally they have! Due in Spring 2012 Orbit will have their new addition to the all familiar 360 rotating Travel System and Stroller Collection!
Here’s what we know now and more will come next week after we get to play around with it at the ABC show in Louisville Kentucky!
Why we love it so far!
From what I can see it looks like the Orbit Baby Inline/Tandem Double Stroller fills a gap in the Luxury Stroller Category and so far it seems very versatile, surprisingly compact when folded and stowed and 24 Quad Shock and 6 wheels must make it drive like a dream! Also, if you already own a G2 model there is a converter kit that can be purchased to simply make your G2 a double stroller!
We’re not certain on pricing yet but I assume all pieces could be purchased separately with the converter kit if you already have the G2 model which was a great idea for them!
Helix Double configurations- (will confirm once we return from the show)
2 Stroller Seats
2 car seats
Stroller Seat+Bassinet
Stroller Seat+ Car Seat
Stroller Seat+ Toddler Car Seat
Infant Car Seat+ Toddler Car Seat
Bassinet+Toddler Car Seat

Helix Features
Dual SmartHub® rings rotate to face any situation, and allow your child to pop into the double seat by herself

* Helix is the only premium double stroller also available as an upgrade kit, ensuring that current Orbit Baby Stroller G2 owners can double two
* Flexes to fit – whether you have two kids on the go, or just one kid for the day, Helix flexes to fit your changing family life by changing it form a double to single at any given time
* With 6 wheels and 24 QuadShock™ shock absorbers, the Double Helix steers anywhere and goes everywhere

* Orbit Baby keeps your family healthy with the world’s first strollers and car seats using fabrics eco-certified safe by Oeko-Tex®

Meet the BOB Revolution SE

So today is the day that BOB officially allows their dealers and bloggers to run the gambit with reviews opinions, product demo videos and of course start selling the new 2011 BOB Revolution line up. Needless to say we are excited and impressed! How could you not love the BOB Revolution?

I have to admit that I’ve always thought of the BOB Revolution stroller like my favorite pair of shoes. Innovative design, always performs, superb quality and always reliable. You know, the kind you never want to give a away, donate or sell… you just hang on to them forever. Well, I view my BOB stroller similiarly. It just becomes a favorite.

If you’re not familiar with the brand, BOB formed in 1994 as one of the only manufacturers of single wheeled bicycle cargo trailers and has now become one of the most popular brand of strollers in the all terrain, jogging stroller category.

So what’s all the hype about? The guys at BOB strollers have been working hard keeping this all under wraps but it’s finally here! BOB has made some amazing improvements for their new Revolution model and they have really done great job.

We are bursting with joy about our new luxury stroller line iCandy! We have already sold a couple out of our Tampa showroom and we love showing the iCandy off to local customers.

If you have never heard of iCandy, it is a family owned business based in Britain who’s been in business for 80 years and they are masters in providing child safety products. Combined with that mastery is Britain designers who are hell bent on making a fashion statement. If there were a designer name in strollers, iCandy would be at the top of the list.

Mom and dad, if you are looking for a quality stroller that focuses on safety, functionality, and easy maneuverability the iCandy strollers are for you. We just hope you won’t mind making a fashion statement as well! You have so many to choose from. There’s the iCandy Cherry, Apple, Peach, and Pear. All of which can covert from a single stroller to a double with a snap! iCandy is also known for its ability to fold easily with one hand. How cool is That!?!

Pre-Order Today!

Talk about “out with the old and in with the new” or “that was so 2010″; Let’s Go Strolling is proud and thrilled to be one of the few retailers to introduce a sneak peak at the Mountain Buggy Free Rider that truly takes stroller ride on boards to the next level!

So here’s the deal, The Mountain Buggy Free Rider won the Kind + Jugend 2010 (the leading global fair for the baby and juvenile products industry) Innovation Award for the first 2-in-1, click and go scooter and buggy board that allows a child to ride close (buggy board) or free (scooter mode).

Huh? I know, super cool, simple concept, multi functional and at the same time perplexing why it was not thought of before!

So, picture the family travelling to the park. Mom pushing the stroller, older sibling “in tow” (on Free Rider buggy board) THEN once you’ve arrived, simply unhook the free rider from your stroller and within seconds (no tools required) your child can scoot independently just like any ride on scooter would allow them to! Look Out Razor Scooter!

Why We Love it
The versatility, value and life of the Mountain Buggy Free Rider really can’t be beat. At a competitive price of only $99.99 you have both a ride on board for your stroller and also that highly sought after preschooler vehicle called “the scooter”. That will last for many, many years!

The colors will appeal to both girls and boys, which is a refreshing twist for ride on boards; including pink, blue, black and orange.

Compatibility is still unconfirmed but my sources say there will be other strollers thrown into the mix of Mountain Buggy Swift, Urban Jungle, and Urban Jungle Duo. Stay tuned or call for more details and information.

• weight: 5 lbs
• weight load: 45lbs
• width: 8 inches
• length: 2.2 feet

So what do you think of the Mountain Buggy Free Rider? Can you see yourself owning one?

Post your comments and questions we LOVE to hear your thoughts!

Happy Strolling!
