I would say, at first, you need the tevral system, and MAYBE a jogging stroller. You will accumulate umbrella strollers eventually, and you will have so many you won’t know what to do with them. Also, it’ll be quite a few months until Buttercup will be able to reliably sit in an umbrella stroller anyway. My youngest is turning 5 on Tuesday, and I decided to sell most of our strollers at a garage recently. We had 2 double strollers (one jogging double), 2 “convenience” strollers, one tevral system, and 5 umbrella strollers….all for 3 kids.Start small :)

Cons:Steering and ride are okay. For a sdntaard, small-wheeled stroller, it’s fine. Great for the mall, less than stellar at the park or on long walks or anywhere there might be something other than completely smooth pavement. You can’t hang stuff off the handlebars without buying those special hooks (not a huge deal, but it’s been an annoyance a few times)The storage underneath is a little difficult to get to. Not as bad as other strollers, but could be easier.Like a lot of families with more than one child, I’ve owned quite a few strollers, and this is one of my favorites. It’s the one that I keep in my car all the time for general errand running and shopping. It’s not the stroller I take on nature walks or trips to the nature reserve, but over all it’s a great general-use stroller.

Strollers are dluficfit. My big suggestion on that – take a weighty bag with you to the store and use that as a surrogate for your child. Put it in the stroller and see which one is the easiest to maneuver with one hand. Get the one that you can push and turn with little effort and collapse and unfold one-handed. You have no idea how many times you will need to do things with one hand. Also, an umbrella stroller is a good thing to have. It’s not always convenient to have your full-sized stroller. However, that’s something that can wait ’til the ‘Cup is older.

Wonderful. Not only does it reflect my love for the New York Yankees but it's a fantastic stroller. Smooth ride, easy to collapse, and perfect for quick errands and traveling.

HATE this stroller. I truly wish I would have gotten the double Bob, even though its big. We have the single bob, which I love love love. Turns on a dime and is super sturdy. The P&Ts is cheap plastic and the tires keep bursting and popping out of the rims.

I'm trying to decide between the P&T explorer and the bob revolution 2011. Of course the Explorer has the benefit of being a double stroller, but I'm not sure how light jogging is defined. We might average 10 mi/wk, but might do up to 15-20/wk. Any suggestions?

Zach,

Thanks for reaching out to us. The simpleLeash looks like it could be valuable to a lot of parents who would love to be able to go out on a leisurely stroll with baby and not have to leave the family dog behind! We are all about finding ways to make the life of parents easier and more enjoyable. The simpleLeash also looks like it could help with our own very rambunctious German Shepherd puppy! Feel free to get in touch!

Ive had the explorer since Feb 2010, only used it in earnest since June 2010. Ive had a problem with the main seat bowing/bending so that my 2 year old's back is curved when he sits in it. He is of average weight for his age. Has anyone else had a problem with this? i have noticed that the older models have 2 strap adjusters, 1 at the back of the head area and another at the back of the lower back area which would avoid the bowing problem.

In addition to this, my brake has broken, 1 of the back wheels wont stay on and a screw has spontaneously come off on the handle bars all by itself!! Its currently now back with mothercare for a repair.

i wonder how they will solve the main seat bowing/bending problem though...maybe i got a faulty model?

thanks again
