No?  Well how about just a great new tee-shirt.  When the always fashionable and ever hip Mommies With Style blog recommended the Thistle Tee Shirtgorgeous Harrilu t-shirts, I just had to check them out.  I saw right away that they were just plain fun and look great.  Now that I have one though - I know that they are fabulously soft and comfortable - one of my favorite tees to wear.

Even now as we are heading into fall soon, they have a complete line of long sleeved T-Shirts in addition to my current short sleeve favorite.  They even come in maternity and kids sizes for the pregnant Mom who values comfort and style as well as the mom who knows an adorable kid t-shirt when she sees it.  As for those of you with more than one fashionista in the house - they have a men’s line as well!

All this great style does not even involve huge sacrifice with t-shirts starting at $22.  Even better than the price is the customers service which is personal and very helpful!  So when you are looking for that right casual hang-out but still look trendy tee - check out www.Harrilu.com.

We’ve fielded tons of questions about this new product and it is finally in and ready for shipping.  Kaboost Booster SeatOne of my favorite new products ths summer is the Kaboost portable booster. The unique thing about this booster is that it goes UNDER any chair you have, instead of on top. This is the prefect solution for parents whose children have outgrown the high chair and need that “next step solution.” While many parents are happy to invest in the fabulous Stokke Tripp Trapp others feel that they don’t want another piece of baby furniture taking up their living space. The Kaboost is perfect for those that want that simple yet practical solution, or those that just want the option to have another kids chair for dinner guests or eating out.

This little device has all the functionality you would want - easy to attach, won’t scratch your chair legs, and even has two height setting for different chairs or tables. It will come in 4 colors to match any decor- chocolate, green, charcoal, and natural (but I’m voting for the green). Plus, weighing in at just 3lbs this is a portable yet easy solution to eating anywhere where your child won’t easily reach the table but doesn’t want to be in a highchair anymore. I know I am grabbing one up for my little guy - who always wants to be in exactly the same chair as his older brother!

And did I mention it is only $40 - and with nothing to clean like your other travel booster seats - you’d probably be willing to pay double for that convenience!

So my husband’s favorite thing to wear while hanging around the house is a pair of doctors scrubs.  While this looks really cute on the hot residents working at Seattle Grace or Cook County’s ER  - after 10 years of seeing the same green scrubs - I was ready for him to get a new look!

Imagine my glee when a fashionable friend pointed me in the direction of Cordarounds. These are fashionable linen scrubs and linen casual wear - for the hip Dad we all know we are married to (at least deep down somewhere. . . )  What’s even better is that my husband likes them - and has even starting wearing them instead of his 10 year old scrubs!!! (I’m waiting for a bit longer before I make them officially “mysteriously disappear” though. ;-) ) If your guy needs a small style update for casual lounging around weekends check out their full line.

A word to the wise though - the XL was quite roomy and the L was on the snugger side. . .

I cannot believe that I am writing this…when my husband reads this he is going to kill me.  See, we are HUGE Oakland A’s fans - I mean ginormous A’s fans.  So, my writing anything about the Giants is pretty taboo…especially anything about Barry Bonds.  Well, he did it…Barry hit his 756th home run tonight.  I’m not thrilled that it was he who passed Hank Aaron’s record and I’m not thrilled about *how* Bonds may or may not have done it.  But, what I can say is that asterisk or not - it is truly amazing.  756 is a lot of balls hit out of the park.  As a baseball fan, I am truly in awe…as an A’s fan all that I can say is…Go A-Rod!
