SHIPPING FAQs:

Our Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process and ship out your order. Although normal packaging time is 1-2 business days, it all depends on our current inventory levels. We will contact you if it will take longer due to shortages. If ordered products are not in stock and will not be shipped out within 5 business days, we will contact you via email to let you know the status of your order and it's expected ship date. This processing time does not apply to items shipped directly from the manufacturer. All orders $100 and over (excluding tax) ship for free within the continental US unless otherwise noted.

If you would prefer an expedited shipping option, several are available to you upon check-out. Please be assured that expedited shipping options receive highest priority in our warehouse and usually ship out within 24 hours. We reserve the right to substitute a different shipping carrier with an equal or quicker delivery timeframe.

We use UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Ground and United States Postal Service as our primary carriers. If you would prefer a different carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to find the right solution to meet your needs. Please note that some oversized packages cannot ship via USPS.

APO/FPO and Canadian shipping Available

We are happy to assist you in sending packages to APO and FPO locations. These packages must all ship via USPS Priority Mail for faster service. Please make certain to select the USPS Priority Mail shipping option when you check-out to assure fast processing and shipment of your overseas package via the APO/FPO system. Please note that some oversized packages cannot ship via USPS. Most strollers can be shipped via USPS but we will contact you if your order is unable to be shipped via this method.

We ship regularly to Canada. We find shipping to Canada usually takes between 10-14 days, once the order has left our warehouse, depending on customs and your location within Canada. Customers have their choice of using FedEx International Ground shipping (which is generally less expensive for shipping) and USPS International Airmail when checking out with their cart via the website. While the USPS option does cost more (via shipping), customers find they have lower customs duties and taxes assessed when their package arrives. Please note that some oversized packages cannot ship via USPS. Customs fees will be billed directly to the customer of receipt by the shipper and you will be responsible for all customs duties and Canadian taxes. Let's Go Strolling cannot provide duty and customs estimates. Let's Go Strolling is not responsibe for return shipping or customs fees on any Candian Returns.

International Shipping (outside of USA and Canada)

Let’s Go Strolling has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose your country when checking out. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department. Please note: For international customers using iShopUSA, iShopUSA will handle all customer service related inquires so please contact them for any order related questions or issues.

We strive to provide our customers with exceptional products and service. If you receive a product that you are not happy with, please contact us (either by phone or email) and we will gladly work with you to find a solution that best meets your needs, whether it is another product, color, or return. Unfortunately sale items and car seats are final sale only. See our return policy FAQs for more details.

How does your price match and guarantee work?

If you see a lower price online (inclusive of all shipping charges and taxes), we will gladly match or beat that price. The item must currently be in stock and being sold by an authorized dealer. This price match policy does not apply to any auctions, liquidation sales, or time- or supply-limited offers. We do charge appropriate sales tax to all orders shipped within California. Please note: certain brands and products (Bugaboo, Orbit, Skip Hop & others) are exempt from any coupons or codes otherwise valid on our website. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Let's Go Strolling makes it easy to find the right stroller and baby gear to fit your needs with personalized advice and expert product knowledge. If you are still not happy with your purchase, we offer a HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY for all returns in original condition with the following conditions:

Returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase: Non-sale items (except carseats) received in brand new condition that are returned in the original package (including original box, packaging, and written materials such as warranty and instructions) will receive a refund or credit for the full purchase amount less all shipping charges. Please note that all shipping costs will be deducted from return/exchange amount even if shipping to you was free with your order. Please contact us before returning any items for an RA number. Any items returned without an RA# will automatically be subject to a restocking fee. Sale items, discounted open box returns, and all carseats are final sale only.

Returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase: Non-sale products received in brand new condition that are returned in the original package (including original box, packaging, and written materials such as warranty and instructions) will receive a store credit for the full purchase amount less all shipping charges. Please note that all shipping costs will be deducted from return/exchange amount even if shipping to you was free with your order. Unless special arrangements are made prior to ordering (for shower gifts or babies that have not arrived yet), no returns will be accepted after 90 days past the purchase date. Please contact us before returning any items for an RA number. Any items returned without an RA# will automatically be subject to a restocking fee. Sale items, discounted open box returns, and all carseats are final sale only.

Please note: Items received for exchange or return that are not complete, including all original warranties, manuals etc. or show signs of use will be subject to a 10%-30% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in new, re-saleable condition. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed from the day it is received.

What do I do if I receive a defective or wrong product?
While this is an unusual occurrence, please call us a soon as possible if you receive an item that is defective or not the product you ordered. We will work with you to make the process as easy as possible. If you received a damaged product, the necessary replacement part or item will be shipped out to you promptly via the same method originally shipped to you with no further charges. If it is necessary, we will replace the whole stroller at our expense, but most items can be easily fixed with a replacement part. If a shipped box arrives in damaged condition with a damaged product inside, please DO NOT REFUSE delivery and DO NOT THROW away this box as the shipping carrier needs to inspect the damaged box/good and save all packing materials as well. You will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

How do I return a product to you?
Please contact us first (either by phone or email at returns@letsgostrolling.com) and we will issue you a return code. Items returned without an RA number will automatically be subject to a restocking fee.

Then you have two options for shipping the product back to us:

Option 1: You can ship the product back to us at your expense (please insure all products), using the mail carrier of your choice. Please make sure to package your return securely as your will be held responsible for the condition in which the item is received.

Option 2: Let's Go Strolling can send you a shipping label to make the return/exchange process easier or order a pick-up by FedEx for strollers or other large items. Please make sure to package your return securely as your will be held responsible for the condition in which the item is received. If you choose to have us coordinate your returns shipping, please note that the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping fee cannot be calculated until your package has reached our warehouse and the shipper has closed their billing cycle.

Please Note: All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged shipping costs and a minimum restocking fee.

Can I see these strollers in person?
Yes! Let's Go Strolling has a small Bay Area showroom in Oakland with many of the wonderful strollers you see on this site, all set-up for you to test drive in person. In order to give attentive customer service to our online customers, we are only open by appointment. Appointment times are offered between 10 AM - 3 PM Monday through Thursday. We find that we are better able to give personalized attention to both our local and online customers through individual appointments where we can offer our customers personalized attention and the time to view a customized selection of strollers that best meet their needs and desires.

We are in the Kaiser Center Mall in Oakland right next to 300 Lakeside Drive - Kaiser Center which contains Bank Of America and FedEx/Kinko's. We are in the building labelled "Mall Entrance" across the driveway from the FedEx Kinkos. During the weekend you can only enter from the doorway across the driveway from the FedEx Kinko's as the other building entrances are locked.

There is metered street parking around the building as well as in front of 300 Lakeside Drive. There is also a paid parking lot underneath the building.

Exit Oakland Avenue/Harrison Street and take the Harrison Street off ramp

Exit Grand Avenue and turn right onto Grand Avenue (away from the shopping district/movie theatre)

Turn right into the driveway at these signs and park at any of the meters or in the lot below the building.

Exit 27th Street and go East along 27th street for several blocks
After you pass the Broadway intersection, you will continue for a few more blocks and turn right onto Harrison street
