Their first update to the Cameleon since it was introduced 2 years ago, Bugaboo has incorporated customer feedback to improve on one of the most popular and cutting-edge series of strollers in the market. Those familiar with the Bugaboo Bee will recognize the new easier-to-use adjustible handlebar mechanism that now graces the Bugaboo Cameleon frame. Similarly, Bugaboo has replaced its pneumatic tires with foam-filled tires giving customers the same smooth ride which is now maintenance free. Improvements also include shoulder pads for the harness system, microfleece Bassinet lining, and easy visual brake adjustment. Finally, Bugaboo has updated the carry handle and canopy holders to easier-to-use and smarter attachments to the frame.

the maximum amount of flexibility in one single stroller. In the newborn stage
you can use the stroller in Bassinet mode, strolling around while your little
one sleeps blissfully in their comfy pram with bouncy suspension. Alternatively,
you can purchase an optional carseat adapter for quick errands and car trips so
you don’t have to move or wake a sleeping baby. Once your baby is more
interested in sitting up and looking out at the world around them you can switch

The 12” foam-filled tires in back and 6” swivel wheels in front give this stroller
its excellent maneuverability so you can easily turn and steer the stroller
around any of the obstacles in your environment. Plus since the Bugaboo has a
reversible handle, you can put the air tires forward when you are strolling
through rougher terrain so that the bigger, sturdier wheels lead the way for a
smoother ride. Additionally, the Bugaboo can be adjusted to use only the two larger
tires when pulling the stroller over beaches/sand as well as through the snow.
The Bugaboo Cameleon stroller offers many improvements and upgrades over the
Bugaboo Frog stroller. For starters, the Bugaboo Cameleon seat is 2” longer than
the Frog and Gecko seats, thus bigger children fit more easily in this seat.
Additionally, the Bugaboo Cameleon seat can balance on the ground and be used
independently as a toddler seat either around the house or for adventures away
from home. The drawstring under seat bag is also bigger on the Bugaboo Cameleon
stroller, offering almost 30% more storage space than the Bugaboo Frog and the
Gecko strollers for all your needs when out and about with baby. The Bugaboo
Cameleon also features added adjustable suspension to its chassis so that you
can provide a bouncier suspension for newborns and babies and a stiffer
suspension for older and heavier riders, as well as an adjustable handlebar that
extends outward to accommodate parents and/or caregivers of different heights.
With all these changes, however, one of the most easily recognized
differences between the Cameleon stroller and its counterparts is its use of
base color and tailored seat fabrics. When buying a Bugaboo Cameleon, you first
choose a base color from one of six color choices (Dark Grey, Sand, Dark Blue, Chocolate, Orange,
or Red) and then you choose the accent color which covers the top of the
seat/bassinet and is also used for the canopy. The tailored fabrics are made of either
a high-performance washable fleece fabric or cordura denier fabric and come in MANY fashionable colors
(Orange, Pink, Red, Denim, Sand, Off-White, Dark-Blue, Chocolate and Black).
